Because our protective clothings are meant for animals to wear after surgery or during treatment for different conditions, we don't accept returns for clothes that have been worn, so please make sure your item is in good condition before trying to put it on your pet.
Please make sure you follow the size charts before ordering to avoid any delays. And email any questions you might have, we will be happy to help you chose the right clothing and fit for your pet!
Clothings with factory defects will be replaced , dependinhg on availability, or refunded.
We will not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, stained, scented or with hair on them. Items must have bags still intact to be accepted for returns or exchanges. Strix Veterinary LLC reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by factors mentioned above.
