This hygienic protector is meant for males with urinary incontinence, caused by old age, neurological problems, paralysis, diabetis, or any other problems that would cause them to leak. It is meant to hold a diaper (it can be a cut up baby diaper, a rolled up dog pad, a cloth, etc) in place to give you boy freedom to move around, or to avoid him laying down on urine. (please remember to change the diaper frequently to avoid skin problems!)
